What is Trance?
Guided Hypnotherapy Trance is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation - similar to that dreamy space just before you drift off to sleep. During this time, the mind becomes quieter and more open, making it easier to access the subconscious and gently shift the way we think and feel.
